At PEARL iZUMi, we stand by our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new cycling apparel doesn't fit or perform to your expectations, you can return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
